Francisco Hernandez

Born in June 4th 1975, originally from the the picturesque city of Guanajuato in Mexico,  a city of incredible charm as you can see from the background picture. Francisco left his home town at the age of 21 in search of greater opportunities and to gain some experience. Later his greatest passion became his carrer which he truely tuned into Culinary Art.

He returned to his native city to become a "Certified Chef" at the Escuela Nacional de Gastronomia in Guanajuato Mexico (Gastronomy National School).

He is now a proud Resident of the United States of America where here resides with his wife and son.

Francisco has an extensive culinary knowledge with both American and Mexican Cuisine in Fine and Casual Dinning.

He holds 4 Awards in National Culinary Competitions.

He has been the Head Line Cook and Head Line Chef at upscale restaurants like Via Real, Agave Azul and Houston's Restaurant in Dallas, fortunately he works for Los Jimadores now due to long time and meaningful friendship with the owner.

Meet Our Chef
A few of Francisco's creations and truely deligthful Mexican Dishes are:

Pollo Xochitl
Pan fried chicken breast accompanied with our signature Jimador tequila cream sauce, over a bed of Chipotle mashed potatoes and spinach.

Salmon Azteca
Your choice of pan seared or blackened salmon over a bed of shrimp chilaquiles and spinach, accompained of serrano pineapple sauce and poblano cream sauce.

La Bandera
Cheese, chicken and beef enchiladas, topped with 3 different sauces: green, sour cream and chile con carne. served with rice and beans.
